At Hubli Silk Fashions we take pride in delivering premium quality sarees across the globe with care, reliability, and efficiency. Our shipping and delivery policy is designed to ensure transparency and a seamless experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep.

This document outlines our standard operating procedures for processing, packaging, dispatching, and delivering orders.

2. Service Coverage

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver across all Indian states and union territories, including metro cities, semi-urban areas, and remote locations.

2.2 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries including, but not limited to:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Canada
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia
  • Singapore, Malaysia

3. Order Processing Workflow

3.1 Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.
  • Please review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

3.2 Quality Check & Packaging

  • All sarees undergo a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
  • Sarees are then carefully packed using:
    • Moisture-resistant polybags or boxes
    • Eco-friendly packaging (where applicable)
    • Secure tamper-proof seals

3.3 Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or special sale events, dispatch may take up to 3-4 business days.

6. Shipping Charges

6.1 Domestic

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1999 for domestic
  • For orders below the threshold, a flat fee of ₹150 applies.

6.2 International

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Promotional free shipping may not be available for international destinations.

7. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
    • A tracking number
    • Courier partner name
    • Link to track your package
  • You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page using your order ID.

8. Delivery Guidelines

8.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may contact you or leave a note.

8.2 Missed or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, contact unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
  • Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8.3 Receiving the Order

  • Please inspect the package condition before accepting delivery.
  • Do not accept tampered or damaged packages; report such issues immediately.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply based on the destination country's regulations.
  • These are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in order return or destruction; refunds will not be issued in such cases.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

10.1 Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will assess the issue and offer replacement or refund as per policy

10.2 Lost in Transit

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
  • If confirmed lost, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund.

10.3 Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, or customs delays.
  • We appreciate your patience in such rare cases.

11. Return Due to Delivery Issues

  • Undelivered packages returned to our warehouse due to customer-related issues (wrong address, unavailability, etc.) will require:
    • Reshipping charges to be paid again
    • Or refund processing after deduction of shipping + handling fees
